Where is my package?

After placing your order, it takes on average 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 6 to 9 business days before your order is delivered within the United States. If these deadlines are exceeded, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my tracking code?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Note: it may take a few hours before your tracking link becomes active.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number you received by email. Simply enter your tracking number on our Order Tracking Page to see the current status of your delivery.

I am not satisfied with my package

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

My package arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately via info@bellandgray.com or through our Contact Form. We will evaluate your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
